DIGITAL MARKETING OPERATIONS MANAGER PORTFOLIO

During my Bachelors degree, I worked on various projects under Marketing Operations. During my masters in MSc Management a broader amount of  knowledge is acquired on these topics.


Below, in the section of campaigns, you will find my different projects taken up during the course of my studies. These projects equipped me with skills in the following areas:

2. Understanding the latest technologies.

3. Understanding industry dynamics and the factors leading up to the success of different companies.

4. Data Analysis.

5. Applied Corporate Finance.

6. Emerging Trends in Enterprise.

7. Supply Chain Management.

8. Strategic Leadership and Management of Organizations.


The more I read and study on managerial and leadership strategies, processes and aspects, strategies, the more I am inspired to write different articles relating to the industries including:

1. Gaming companies (such as Nintendo, manufacturer pf the Nintendo Switch).

2. Blockchain companies such as Dunamu

3. Investment management firms such as T. Rowe Price.

4. Entertainment companies such as HYBE Corporation etc,

And how hey include different technologies in their corporate schemes to ensure company growth through different operations processes, including marketing operations. Aside from company growth, customer and employee satisfaction is guaranteed as well from the different strategies taken up by these companies.

Also, as the Digital Marketing Operations Manager for the BTS Army Uganda, I created Cyber Planet Army, a metaverse pocket that serves as a safe space for the community. The aim of Cyber Planet Army, is to bring positivity to the world in alignment with Goal 3 of the UN Sdgs - Increase overall health and well being in the world. These are the various brand logos, designs and labels developed throughout my course. Brand identity is an important part of any business. A strong brand promise and delivery leads to the identity being associated with the intended brand image. This increases brand awareness, presence and loyalty which all lead to higher propensity to purchase on the side of the customer.

CYBER PLANET ARMY

JANUARY 2022

For the BTS Army Uganda, I managed Digital Marketing Operations Management processes which include Digital Led Screen OOH Advertising, Website Developing, SEO Management, Web Data Analytics, Online Community Management and Social Media Management.


Cyber Planet Army is a virtual pocket of the Metaverse formed for the BTS Army Uganda. The web pocket was also part of an experiment, for marketing management science, on the effectiveness of Web 3.0 metaverse pocket implementation.

WOMEN IN STEM

JANUARY 2022

My project for Women In Stem started out as a project done by me, for the BTS Army Uganda to promote Scientific and Technological interest among young girls and women, in order to aid in the further further progress of our world. This falls in line with the #KeepthePromise Campaign from the 76th United Nations General Assembly, where young people were urged to lend a helping hand in supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goals of 2030.
