As a Project Officer in the IT Department of Friends Consult Ltd, I have found that project implementation success comes from being given room to innovate IT and Digital transformation systems, while respecting company policies and procedures.
What has kept me at my best performance from my Business Development trainee period to my Project Officer role is FCL’s careful blend of guided innovation.
For my Master of Science dissertation, FCL’s Marketing Operations was my choice for a case study.
The experiment implemented AI driven ad tools to boost traffic to FCL’s social accounts.
The results of this experiment showed a boost in client relations after the implementation of these AI driven tools.
Later, I was able to create a digital marketing system based on this experiment, that involves weekly input of FCL related data, and boosting of this data.
This has brought wonderful results to the company and is part of the reason I consider Friends Consult LTD to be a hallmark in management excellence. The company’s ability to guide innovation and promote the creation of effective systems is what makes me proud to say I am part of the FCL family.
