How to be a Good Project Officer- Keren Obara

Project Officers/ Project Management Officers (PMOs) are at director levels in companies. The entire project team is known as the project management office. Throughout my work as a Projects Officer at Friends Consult Ltd, I have realized that the following factors make up a good project officer.

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  2. Knowledge on financial management.

  3. Experience working with executives in different functions such as HR, IT Specialists, etc.

  4. Having thorough knowledge of the business world and of the market in which the company competes.
